Appointment requests
The appointment form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. This website does not operate a patient database and does not store the information entered into that form. If JavaScript is unavailable or fails, the form uses a private POST fallback so names, ages and reasons for visiting are not added to the page URL.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is offered only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It helps measure page visits and actions such as appointment, call and WhatsApp clicks. Analytics receives the clean page address without query parameters or appointment-form values. If you decline, Analytics is not loaded and the website continues to work normally. Your preference is saved on your device and no advertising profile is created by this website.
Information requested by the form
The optional “Brief reason for visit” field is intended for a short, one-line summary that helps the clinic coordinate the appointment—for example, “fever since yesterday” or “vaccination visit.” Bring reports and detailed medical history to the consultation. Do not enter report contents, identification documents or emergency information in the form. For an emergency, seek urgent in-person care instead of using the appointment form.
External services
Google Analytics, WhatsApp, telephone services and map links are governed by their own privacy terms. This policy will be updated if the website’s data practices change.
